Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship and process that helps individuals produce extraordinary results in their careers, organizations and lives. Our approach is aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) philosophy and core coaching competencies.
Relationship is an important factor in the success of coaching. Trust, honesty and integrity are at the core of that relationship. The coaching process itself is a set of tools and structures that are leveraged to aid leaders in clarifying and achieving their goals, developing their leadership style, while also facilitating personal and organizational change. A variety of sources may be used to gain additional feedback for the client to increase their self-awareness: 360 degree feedback, existing leadership surveys, assessment tools such as DISC, or interviews with a cross section of colleagues/employees.
Once goals are clarified and the current state is assessed, an action learning approach is enabled to facilitate behavioral change aligned with the desired results. Client self awareness and reflection is held at the centre of this approach to increase the effectiveness of learning and change.
